Are you in the right frame of mind?

Today, let's take a spiritual journey. No, I don't mean religious, new age, witch craft or anything in between. I mean soul searching, asking yourself the hard questions and seeing if you are mentally prepared.

You probably know some basic physics principles. Gravity, thrust, acceleration and momentum. You may not know the math formulas, but these are things we deal with every day. All of these have to do with force and motion.

What's that?... Someone just asked, "What the h#@* does this have to do with running a business?" I'm glad you asked, I was just getting to that.

You see, in every facet of life, there is one inescapable universal law. It's been given many different names, "cause and effect", "give and take", "yin and yang", "kharma"...you get the idea. In physics, it's stated as, "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." In economics it's called "supply and demand."

Your small business is not immune to this law any more than you are immune to gravity. If you want to get more money than it costs to run your business (profit), you must give people more value than the price you charge. I know this can sound confusing, but I offer a free ebook below that can help you to understand the true importance of this concept.

One of the best quotes I have ever heard goes something like this, "Help enough people get what they want and they will help you get what you want."
